The Student Advisory Counsel. You may or may not have heard about it, but I assure you it does exist. The group consists of dedicated students that make decisions to improve our high school environment. In the past, SAC has organized events such as Field Day, Wellness Day, the Honor Code, and the New Student Orientation, and have helped to improve the school’s academic and social environment. The club is still working on new ideas and always considers the opinions of the other student in LOLHS. We meet at 7:00 every Friday morning before school, either in the office or the library, depending on the day. Although this is an early meeting time, doughnuts are always provided. If you are interested in joining the club or if you would like to know more information about it, you can email the staff adviser, Ms. Manfredi.
